Can I order online or by phone?
Yes! You can order online anytime at cottagegardenfloral.com or by phone at (608) 784-6966 during our business hours (Mon-Fri 8:00 AM-4:00 PM, Sat 9:00 AM-1:00 PM, Sun Closed).
Do you offer same-day flower delivery?
Yes! Order by 11 am for same-day delivery within a 12-mile radius of our north La Crosse, WI location.
How much does flower delivery cost?
We deliver to addresses withina 12-mile radius of our La Crosse location for $9.95.
What happens if the recipient isn’t home?
If no one answers the door, our driver will try to reach the recipient by phone (please provide their phone number with your order) and offer to leave the arrangement in a safe spot (weather permitting) or arrange for pick-up or re-delivery.
Can I request certain flowers or colors?
Of course! You can let us know your preferred flowers or color palette. While some blooms may be seasonal or limited, we’ll do our best to create an arrangement that reflects your vision.
What does Designer's Choice mean?
When you selecte a Designer's Choice arrangement, our designers will create a lovely arrangement with currently available fresh flowers, greens and accents. Feel free to let us know preferred colors in the notes section of your order.
What is the difference between Standard, Deluxe, and Premium arrangements?
Standard arrangements will be much as pictured. Our Designers will add additional flowers (usually 2) to Deluxe arrangements, and will enhance a Premium selection with even more blooms and/or accents.
Is it possible to get funeral arrangements delivered outside of Cottage Garden Floral's shop hours and/or delivery area?
We may be able to accomodate Sunday orders or deliveries to funerals slightly beyond our 12-mile delivery radius. Call 608-784-6966 during our business hours (Mon-Fri 8:00 AM-4:00 PM, Sat 9:00 AM-1:00 PM, Sun Closed) to inquire.
When do you deliver orders for funerals?
Let us know the location and start time of the visitation, and we will be sure to deliver the order ahead of time.
How do I make my flowers last longer?
Flower freshness can be extended by trimming the stems, placing them in fresh water, and keeping the arrangement in a cool spot away from direct sunlight and extreme hot or cold temperatures.
Can I add a personalized message or card to my flower order?
Yes, absolutely—adding a personalized message or card is one of the easiest ways to make your delivery extra special. At checkout, you’ll find a dedicated field to type in your custom message. For an even more memorable touch, we offer a video message option: simply upload a short video via our secure form at checkout.
