The recipients thought the arrangement was beautiful and really enjoyed it!! I was surprised that there was no little bird in the arrangement as there was in the sample one when I ordered. I didn’t realized that you had buy them separately ---- Florist's Response: Thank you very much for your order. Arrangements can vary from website photos based on flower and accessory availability. We do try to include a little bird in the blooming birdhouse arrangement, though, and we apologize that the one you ordered did not have a bird. We're happy to hear that the recipient enjoyed the arrangement. We hope to be able to create something for you again in the future.

If this is the case with the item/s you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.

We deliver within a 12-mile radius of our north La Crosse, WI location. Orders for same-day delivery must be place by no later than 11:00 am.
