The experience with Cottage Garden Floral is always great. When ordering online, you can send a custom notecard to the recipient, and schedule the delivery in advance. I love that they have add-on options such as chocolates, balloons, home decor, and stuffed animals. It helps to make the gift even more elevated. Their prices are always reasonable. The delivery process is great - an email is sent when the flowers are out for delivery, and another email is sent when they are delivered. They even show a picture of the flowers in the email when they are out for delivery - they are always beautiful. I wasn't expecting this, but it is a nice added peace of mind knowing that the flowers got delivered with no problem, and to be able to see that they are high quality! ---- Florist's Response: Thank you!

A picture of the arrangement was sent to me before it was delivered. I was pleased with how pretty it as was my daughter-in-law who was the recipient. The whole experience was positive. It was easy to order; the picture was sent and delivery was confirmed.
